BRR-DAMAGES V2

Advanced Damage & Injury System for FiveM

Inspired by GTA Worldโ€™s damage system, BRR-DAMAGES V2 adds a detailed damage and injury system designed for serious Roleplay and Text RP servers.

Instead of simply losing health, every hit can become useful medical information.

The script tracks where the player was hit, how much damage they took, what caused it, how much health they had left, and how severe the injury was.

๐Ÿฉธ DAMAGE TRACKING

Every registered hit is stored in the player's damage history.

Players can use:

/damages

to view their own recorded damage.

You can also use:

/damages [ID]

to inspect the damage history of another player.

Each entry can include:

  • Body part hit

  • Damage amount

  • Remaining health

  • Damage source

  • Injury type

  • Severity

  • Time of injury

๐Ÿซ€ BODY DAMAGE SYSTEM

BRR-DAMAGES detects which part of the body was hit and keeps track of injuries individually.

The medical interface includes an interactive body map that highlights injured areas, allowing EMS players to immediately see which parts of the patient's body have been affected.

Selecting a body area filters the injury history and shows only the relevant trauma.

๐Ÿš‘ MEDICAL UI

EMS players have access to a dedicated trauma report interface for examining injured players.

The Medical UI includes:

  • Interactive body map

  • Full injury history

  • Body-part filtering

  • Total recorded damage

  • Latest recorded health

  • Injury severity

  • Damage source

  • Injury timestamps

  • Patient injury descriptions

The interface has been rebuilt using Vite + React for a cleaner and more responsive experience.

๐Ÿ’€ DOWNED SYSTEM

When a player goes down, the total amount of damage they received can be displayed above their body.

The downed player is also presented with a dedicated interface where they can:

  • Accept their character's death

  • Enter a description of their injuries

This gives EMS players additional RP context before treating the patient.

๐Ÿ“ INJURY DESCRIPTIONS

Downed players can describe their injuries manually.

EMS players can then use:

/injuries [ID]

to open the patient's medical interface and review their injury information.

๐Ÿ‘Š MELEE RECOVERY

If a player was downed exclusively through melee damage, they may recover without EMS assistance by using:

/getup

If the injuries were caused by more serious damage, such as firearms, the player will require medical assistance.

๐Ÿš‘ EMS INTEGRATION

BRR-DAMAGES includes a dedicated server export for ambulance and medical scripts.

When a patient is healed or revived, your EMS resource can clear their BRR-DAMAGES medical data with:

exports['brr-damages']:ClearPlayerMedicalData(targetId)

This clears:

  • Damage history

  • Injuries

  • Injury descriptions

  • Hit count

  • Stored medical state

This makes it easy to integrate BRR-DAMAGES into an existing EMS workflow without forcing you to use a specific ambulance resource.

๐ŸŒ MULTIFRAMEWORK

Native support for:

โœ… ESX
โœ… QBCore
โœ… QBox

The framework can be detected automatically or selected manually through the configuration.

๐ŸŒ MULTILANGUAGE

โšก OPTIMIZED

โš›๏ธ VITE + REACT NUI

The interface has been rebuilt using Vite + React.

  • Medical Trauma Report

  • Death / Downed UI
